Aufgaben / Anforderung:

• Deliver structured rehabilitation sessions – in person on-site, with gradual progression toward remote and virtual formats
• Train vision skills and daily living activities, individually tailored to each patient’s goals and progress
• Assess patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust rehabilitation plans accordingly
• Provide technical support for PRIMA device tuning, optimisation, and basic troubleshooting in collaboration with clinical engineering teams
• Build strong patient relationships – motivate and support patients to achieve the best possible rehabilitation outcomes
• Collaborate closely with sales, field, and clinical engineering teams for coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation using worksheets and/or the NOVA system

Your profile:

• Qualified orthoptist, optometrist, optician, ophthalmic nurse, or healthcare professional with relevant ophthalmology experience
• Up to 3 years of experience supporting blind or low-vision patients
• Strong patient-facing skills with the ability to build trust, rapport, and motivation
• German and professional English
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany, including clinic and home visits

Nice to have:

• • Knowledge of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and low-vision therapy principles
  • Experience working independently in the field while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Technically curious and confident in learning advanced medical device systems
  • Structured and organized approach to documentation and data entry
